TERMS OF SERVICES
All sales are final. We do not do any refunds or exchanges.
We do Facebook live videos on almost every product. We highly encourage people to watch the videos and read the descriptions before buying. Feel free to message us on Facebook with any questions not answered. We want customers to love their products!!!
Custom Orders
All custom orders are final sales. To place an order we require full payments at the time of order.
We have a minimum wait time of 4-6 weeks on custom orders. When you place your order we will give you an estimated time of completion.

Damaged Products
If there is a flaw in your product due to construction we will repair it free of charge. If the product is unable to be repaired then we will replace it free of charge. We should be notified within 72 hours if there is something wrong with the construction of your bag.
If you damaged your product and want it repair we will quote you a price for repair if it is able to be repaired.

Hair on Hide Product
Any product that has hair on hide is not guaranteed. All hair on hide will eventually bald or thin. Any place there is constant friction on a bag will cause hair to bald.
Zippers are a functional assets to a purse and must be treated with care. You should prevent over stuffing your bag. Bags with zippers should be carried with the zipper closed to prolong the life of the zipper. If you purchased any item with longer hair you should be cautious to not zip hair in zipper. We do not guarantee or warranty any zipper on any product.
Giveaway/Promotional Items
On occasion we do free contests and give away a product. All these products come as is. You cannot change these products in any way.
Turquoise Conchos
We will stand behind all turquoise conchos for 30 days. After that if you loose a stone please contact us and we will work with you to repair if possible.
Materials
We do our best to utilize the highest of quality materials when possible. On some products inspired material is used. Please message us and ask if there is any questions.
Shipping
All it stock items will mail within 5 business days of payment. We encourage you to utilize ship insurance on orders to help protect items if they are lost or stolen. Once an item ships we are not liable for item.
